What we collect and why

We don't collect payment details, don't sell personal data, and don't use it for advertising.
Who receives your data
- Google: Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, only with your consent; reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form.
- Cloudflare: delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- DigitalOcean: hosts the site and its database in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
Some of these providers may process data in the United States. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted by Google Analytics.
- Consent records: 3 years.
- Security logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or export your data, to limit how we use it, or to stop using it. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; this doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email info@creo.am. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

When this policy changes, we update the date above. If the change affects cookies, the cookie banner asks you again.
